Pros

Great 401K match. Good people.

Cons

The management does produce great and efficient work but not very communicative to employee. far from ASD HQ (no collaboration opportunities between offices) There's a lack of transparency around finances including company and project health; it's not uncommon to not know your project's financial health until it's already woefully unprofitable.
